Our carbon emissions must be reduced in order for this to happen. That’s why we’ll plant two trees for every hire: one for our partner and one for our candidate, reducing our collective carbon footprint.

In addition to our environmental commitment, we also aspire to support those in need, address social inequalities, and give back to society. We pledge to donate 5% of our annual profits to a chosen charity and offer our employees two days of paid leave each year to volunteer with a charity of their choice.
